  • Director of a Singapore-based Marine Consultancy Firm which assists both Insurers & Insured for the handling of Transport Liability, P&I and H&M claims.
  • His experience includes knowledge of liner activities, NVOCC operations, Freight Forwarding, Demurrage and C/P Disputes (FD&D), Cargo damage and Intermodal claims defense and P&I claims control and adjustment.
  • His qualifications include LLM (Maritime Law), LLB, BSC&DMS in Port, Shipping & Transport Mgt.
  • He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, Senior Associate of the Association of Average Adjusters, Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
